Subject: Something interesting
So if you boot this using the BFG version of Doom 2 using GZdoom it will allow you to play through the Expansion No Rest for the Living as either Dylan or Eric weapons and all.
Unfortunately selecting Hell on Earth just drops you into the school so you can only play through No Rest for the Living.
Something strange I found is that some of the demons are replaced by sprites that aren't anywhere to be seen in the school.
One is a girl with a gun and the other is a girl with a cane.
The girl with a gun replacing the Imp and the one with a cane replacing I believe the pinky.
These are never seen in the Columbine map so either the developer intentionally added these for no rest for the living or originally intended for them to be in the columbine map but cut them out. I doubt he's even aware that you can do this.
None the less its a strange way of replaying Doom 2 no rest for the living and admittedly these new weapons are fun to shoot especially now that there is an actual threat.

I would have no problem with this if it wasn’t based on a real school shooting where real people died the fact it is is quite disrespectful and disgusting but other than that its a pretty crappily made wad but its good to tak your anger out on ig instead of shooting up a real school just play this

Subject: Mod is good and bad
I don't support this mod at all, but I like the feeling of actually being there, so we can experience what it felt like to actually kill innocent people and it's horrible

Subject: Possibly made by a columbiner
Been playing this mod extensively and I have my doubts about it being "just for the lulz" and to shock people. I genuinely believe this was made by a columbiner to relive what happened on that day.
The outlay of the school, the different rooms in the school (possibly made by someone who was actually inside the school after the event), the pillar that reads "GOOD LUCK BAND", both Erics and Dylans cars can be found (probably taken from some footage) in the parkinglot, when you damage yourself or die there are sounds taken from various footage clips of them, the guns are taken (except the shotgun I suppose) from cropped up images of what guns the two used, that the two have knives on them (some knowledge that barely anyone is aware of) and even the details of the NPCs in the library are very intentionally placed. Look up a map of who was killed/shot where and you will see what I mean.
The effort that went into this wad is incredible. Unfortunately for all the wrong reasons.
Apart from that? It's gameplay wise pretty lame. Lots of NPCs to shoot, the police shows up and that's it.

The worst DooM mod, genuinely. This deserves to stay in the deep crevices of the internet and not be brought to public attention, that's what the original developer wanted. Attention and shock value.

Subject: Disgusting
Anyone believing this is the original wad, you are sorely mistaken. It is technologically impossible for it to be: PK3 files did not exist in the time of the colembine shooting, and this mod is a PK3. It also uses many GZDoom features which did not exist back in the day.
Simply put, whoever created this likely made it to get attention off the tragedy. Not only is uploading a school shooting simulator disgusting, but to have created it is even more disgusting.
